Our Story

How It Started

KO Events started the way most beautiful things do: small, personal, and for people we loved. It began with a kid's birthday party for a friend's daughter and a folding table that needed a little magic. Then came a baby shower for another friend, and another after that. Every setup got a little more detailed, a little more polished, and word started to spread.

What began as helping friends make their kids' birthday parties and baby showers feel special turned into a full-blown passion for design: the linens, the centerpieces, the tiny personalized touches that make guests stop and take a photo. Requests kept coming, and what started as a favor between friends grew into KO Events: Houston's go-to for stylish, elegant, and memorable table design.

Today we bring that same care and attention to detail to every event we touch, from intimate birthday celebrations to milestone-worthy affairs, one beautifully set table at a time.

Important Booking Information

7+ Days Advance

Reservations should be made at least 7 days in advance.

50% Deposit

A 50% deposit is required to secure your date.

Final Payment

Final payment is due the morning of your event.

Orders booked within 72 hours are subject to availability and a 20% rush fee.
